How many members are in the group?

There are about 40 members in our group at this time.  We are always looking to grow.

Where do you meet?

We currently meet at the:

It's near where the 5 freeway and the 126 intersect.

How often do you meet?

We meet once a week, currently on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 a.m. till about 9:30 a.m.  Most members arrive around 8:00 a.m. to grab breakfast and a seat before the meeting officially begins.  Our president makes every effort to end no later than 9:30 a.m.

Do I have to attend every meeting?

No you don't.  Ask our membership chairperson for more details during your first visit.  Generally speaking, if you become a non-contributing member, we may reconsider your membership.  You should let the board member in charge of attendance know if you cannot make the meeting that week.  You can also send someone in your place.

How much does all this cost?

The first breakfast is free.  The second two breakfasts are $10 each.  During this time, you will have submitted your application for review and consideration.  At the third breakfast, we will vote on whether or not you can become a member of the group.  After that, dues are $50 per month with a one-time only $100 registration fee.

How many leads do I have to pass to other members?

As many as you like.  There are no requirements.  However, if you rarely or never pass any leads to members, your membership may be reconsidered.  Our main point is that we want members who participate and give back to the other members.  If you are only receiving leads and you never give them, it may become an issue. 

What is the purpose of the group?

Our purpose is summed up in our Mission Statement: Synergy is a professional networking organization focused on helping members grow their business through personal referrals.  Synergy meets weekly to promote member businesses and develop strong business relationships within the group and the community.   Members will at all times adhere to the highest standards of their chosen professions.
